(VU has agreed to outsource its call Center services to PITB)
The Virtual University of Pakistan has agreed to outsource its Call Centre services to the Pakistan Information Technology Board using a customized Customer Relationship Management solution for its Citizen Contact Centre.
This agreement intends to help our students resolve their questions and/or difficulties promptly and professionally.
Engr. Ehsen Zafar Puri (Director ICT) from VU and Mr. Ali Zeb (Director CCC) from PITB signed the agreement on September 25, 2023, at the VU Office in Lahore.
Ms. Rubina Ali (GM Marketing), Mr. Baber Ali (GM VYV), and Engr. Syed Naushad Y. Shah (Network Executive | Operations & Monitoring) spearheaded this project for the University.
