Virtual University Admission 2024 Last Date to Apply

The Virtual University of Pakistan started in 2002 to give good education all over the country. The virtual university uses mediums like satellite TV and the internet to reach faraway places, so more students can study. The virtual university tries to make education affordable for everyone, especially those who might not have the same opportunities. The university has teachers from different places and teaches courses to help education in Pakistan. The virtual university has a federal charter, which means it is recognized by the HEC, which is important for getting opportunities worldwide. They have lots of students in many cities and campuses, helping students learn from far away.

At this university, students can learn at their own speed using a semester system. The virtual university teaches the students through its online software VULMS. The university has 211 campuses all over Pakistan. The university helps students manage their study time and send video lectures online. Students are assessed like in regular schools and take exams at their exam centers all over Pakistan.

ورچوئل یونیورسٹی آف پاکستان کا آغاز 2002 میں ملک بھر میں اچھی تعلیم دینے کے لیے ہوا۔ ورچوئل یونیورسٹی دور دراز مقامات تک پہنچنے کے لیے سیٹلائٹ ٹی وی اور انٹرنیٹ جیسے ذرائع استعمال کرتی ہے، تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ طلبہ تعلیم حاصل کر سکیں۔ ورچوئل یونیورسٹی تعلیم کو ہر ایک کے لیے سستی بنانے کی کوشش کرتی ہے، خاص طور پر وہ لوگ جن کے پاس ایک جیسے مواقع نہیں ہیں۔ یونیورسٹی میں مختلف جگہوں سے اساتذہ ہیں اور پاکستان میں تعلیم میں مدد کے لیے کورسز پڑھاتے ہیں۔ ورچوئل یونیورسٹی کا ایک وفاقی چارٹر ہے، جس کا مطلب ہے کہ اسے ایچ ای سی نے تسلیم کیا ہے، جو دنیا بھر میں مواقع حاصل کرنے کے لیے اہم ہے۔ ان کے بہت سے شہروں میں بہت سارے طلباء ہیں اور ان کے کیمپس ہیں جو طلباء کو دور سے سیکھنے میں مدد فراہم کرتے ہیں۔
اس یونیورسٹی میں طلباء سمسٹر سسٹم کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے اپنی رفتار سے سیکھ سکتے ہیں۔ ورچوئل یونیورسٹی طلباء کو اپنے آن لائن سافٹ ویئر VULMS کے ذریعے پڑھاتی ہے۔ یونیورسٹی کے پورے پاکستان میں 211 کیمپس ہیں۔ یونیورسٹی طلباء کو اپنے مطالعہ کے وقت کا انتظام کرنے اور آن لائن ویڈیو لیکچر بھیجنے میں مدد کرتی ہے۔ طلباء کا جائزہ باقاعدہ اسکولوں کی طرح ہوتا ہے اور پورے پاکستان میں ان کے امتحانی مراکز پر امتحانات دیتے ہیں۔
اگر آپ درخواست دینے میں دلچسپی رکھتے ہیں، تو یقینی بنائیں کہ 10 اپریل 2024 کو یاد رکھیں۔ داخلہ مانگنے کا یہ آخری دن ہے، اس لیے اس سے پہلے شروع کرنا ضروری ہے۔ یہ آپ کی تعلیم کو ہموار بنانے اور جو کچھ آپ پہلے ہی سیکھ چکے ہیں اسے استعمال کرنے کا پہلا قدم ہے۔

  •  Intermediate (12 years) or equivalent education with at least 50% marks is the minimum eligibility requirement for admission or equivalent qualification certified by IBCC.
  • Deficiency: Even if candidates have not passed Mathematics at an intermediate or an equivalent level, they can still apply for admission. Nevertheless, they must complete two additional Mathematics courses of 6 credit hours each in the first two semesters.
  • Candidates who have obtained a 14-year education are eligible for admission via the Entry Route criteria:
  • A minimum of 45% marks in 14 years of education obtained from an HEC-recognized university or institute is required for admission.
  • The following subjects are required to have been studied as the major to be eligible for admission: Mathematics, Physics, Computing, Commerce, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering

  • Applicants must have a minimum of a Master’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) from a recognized university or institution with minimum marks of 45% or a CGPA of 2.0 out of 4 to be considered for admission.

  • The eligibility criteria for admission to the Associate Degree Program include passing Intermediate (Part I and II or equivalent examination), I.Com, ICS, DAE, or ‘A’ level examinations with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • The General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) ‘O’ levels and School Certificate (SC) examinations are regarded as equivalent to Matriculation, whereas the GCE ‘A’ levels are considered equivalent to the Intermediate examination.
  • Deficiency: Even if candidates have not passed Mathematics at an intermediate or an equivalent level, they can still apply for admission. Nevertheless, they must complete two additional Mathematics courses of 6 credit hours each in the first two semesters.
  • The evaluation of the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) ‘O’ levels and School Certificate (SC) examinations takes into account the grades in 6 subjects, while ‘A’ level candidates meeting the criteria entails passing at least 3 subjects and acquiring an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) located in Islamabad.

  • Candidates must have completed a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (14 years) in relevant fields of Biological/Life Sciences from a recognized university/institute, with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4, to be eligible for admission. No additional prerequisites are necessary.

Admission Document Requirements

Candidates who meet the basic admission requirements for degree/diploma programs must provide the following documents:

  • Three copies of Valid CNIC or B Form
  • Three Photographs of the applicant (Passport Size with Blue Background)
  • Three attested copies of Matriculation or equivalent marks sheet or certificate.
  • Three attested copies of intermediate or equivalent marks sheet/ result card or equivalent.
  • Three attested copies of Bachelor’s detail marks sheet /Result card/ Final transcript with all parts/ or equivalent that are official.
  • Scanned documents with clear readability
  • Equivalence Certificate from IBCC and HEC in case the applicant has A / O Level Certificates and Foreign Degrees as applicable
  • For applicants seeking admission through the General Route based on credit transfer or course exemption, the following documents are required: course contents, NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their previous institute, and an incomplete result card if they are using it to demonstrate their qualifications.
