A student may request that a missed/unplanned paper(s) be rescheduled.
Important Note:
- The opportunity to reschedule will be available only once.
- The rescheduling cost is non-refundable in any case, regardless of whether or not he/she appears in the rescheduled paper(s).
- The deadline for requesting rescheduling of missed/unplanned paper(s) is Friday, June 23, 2023
- The rescheduled exam will be held on the following dates for local and international students: The 25th of June, 2023.
- Fee voucher(s) in the required amount is due before the Spring 2023 Mid Term result is announced.
PROCEDURE:
- Log in to your LMS
- Navigate to VULMS->Student Services->Examinations Department-> Request rescheduling your papers.
(After 24 hours of actual paper time, the missing paper(s) will be eligible for rescheduling.)
- From the drop-down menu, select the Preferred City of Appearance.
(Overseas students should enter their preferred city as “Overseas”)
- Submit Request.
- Once your request has been processed, a confirmation email from [email protected] will be issued to your VU email account (Please check Inbox/Spam/Junk-Email). (The University requires at least 24 hours to process your request).
- The revised paper(s) schedule will be published on your Exam Entrance Slip. You must now print a new copy of your Exam Entrance Slip from http://datesheet.vu.edu.pk.
