Students have the option to request rescheduling for any missed or unplanned exams. The rules and procedures for rescheduling can be found at this link: http://handbook.vu.edu.pk/HandBook_Pages/ReschedulingOfExaminations.htm.
Please note the following:
- Rescheduling is allowed only once.
- The rescheduling fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the student appears for the rescheduled exam.
- Payment of the rescheduling fee must be made before the announcement of the Spring 2024 Mid Term results.
- The deadline to apply for rescheduling of missed or unplanned exams, both for local and overseas students, is Tuesday, 11th June 2024.
- The rescheduled exam date for both local and overseas students is Thursday, 13th June 2024.
PROCEDURE:
- Log in to VULMS.
- Navigate to Student Services > Examinations Department > Apply for Rescheduling of Papers.
- The missed papers will be available for rescheduling 24 hours after the actual paper time.
- Select the preferred city of appearance from the drop-down list. Local students in Pakistan should select a local center, while overseas students should select “Overseas.”
- Submit the request.
- Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the student’s VU email address within 24-48 hours.
- The schedule for rescheduled papers will be updated on the Exam Entrance Slip, which must be printed from https://datesheet.vu.edu.pk.
