Education is a rapidly growing sector that demands the ability to teach students with diverse learning styles and capabilities. The profession offers an exciting career with unique challenges and rewards. Elementary education is the foundation of the education system, typically following nursery or Montessori school education and preceding middle and secondary school education. It is a critical phase of education as it lays the groundwork for the student’s future academic and personal development

B.ED. Elementary Program (2.5 Years)

In Elementary education, a single teacher instructs the same class of students for the entire academic year. This setup allows for the development of close relationships between the teacher and the students, which is a distinguishing characteristic of Elementary education. The teacher becomes a role model for the students and guides them based on their abilities, competency, and knowledge. Therefore, the quality of teaching in this phase is crucial as it sets the tone for the student’s future learning.

The 2.5-year Bachelor’s in Education (Elementary) program aims to equip prospective teachers with the necessary tools and in-depth knowledge to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s education.
