he 13th Convocation Quetta is set to occur on Monday, May 27, 2024, starting at 10:30 am at the Pegasus Club, situated opposite FC Hospital Quetta. Invitation letters are currently being sent out to all registered graduates of the 13th Convocation Quetta.

Please be aware that entry to the venue is strictly for cardholders only. Therefore, it is essential to print out your invitation cards, namely the Student Entry Card and Guest Entry Card, from the provided link: https://www.vu.edu.pk/convocation/
General Instructions:
- Entry is restricted to invitees; no on-spot registration will be permitted.
- Children will not be allowed inside the convocation hall.
- Each invitee may bring only one guest, whose details must be mentioned on the Guest card. Changing the guest is not allowed under any circumstances.
- Prohibited items such as mobile phones, cameras, electronic gadgets, handbags, etc., must be submitted at the collection counters outside the convocation hall. The university will not be held responsible for any loss.
- For entrance, you must present your original CNIC and invitation card(s) along with two copies of your CNIC, one for registration and the other for degree collection (if not already collected).
- Attire rental for gown/hat/hood is available for Rs. 300/- along with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1,500/-.
- Professional photographers will be available for capturing the moment, and their services will be charged accordingly.
- Food is strictly prohibited inside the convocation hall.
- Weapons and escorts are strictly prohibited.
- Vehicles with CNG kits are not permitted on the venue premises.
Convocation Decorum for Graduates:
- Graduates must wear a gown, hood, and cap with the tassel on the left side throughout the event.
- When the Academic Procession enters and departs the Convocation Hall, all attendees must stand. Additionally, graduates must rise when their degree programs/batches are announced during the conferment of degrees.
Instructions For Distinction Holders Receiving Honors on Stage:
- Distinction holders must register at the designated area and inform the ushers of their status.
- Ushers will guide them to their designated seating area and form a queue for moving towards the stage.
- Upon hearing their name, distinction holders will walk across the stage to receive their awards/honors from the Chief Guest/Rector while photography takes place.
- After receiving their honors, they must return to their seats following the usher’s guidance.
