VU 13th Convocation Faisalabad will take place on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 09:45 am, located at SERENA Hotel, Club Road, Faisalabad.

  • Invitation letters are being sent out to all registered graduates for the 13th Convocation in Faisalabad.
  • Entry to the venue is limited to cardholders only. You must print out your invitation cards, including the Student Entry Card and Guest Entry Card, from the provided link.
  • General Instructions:
    • Only registered individuals will be allowed into the convocation hall; no on-spot registrations are permitted.
    • Children will not be permitted inside the convocation hall.
    • Only one guest per invitee is allowed, and their details must be mentioned on the Guest card. Changes to guests are not allowed.
    • Prohibited items such as mobile phones, cameras, and handbags must be deposited at collection counters outside the hall.
    • Original CNIC and invitation card(s) are mandatory for entry, along with two copies of your CNIC.
    • Gown/Hat/Hood rentals are available for Rs. 350/- with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1,500/-.
    • Professional photography services are available at an additional cost.
    • Eatables are strictly prohibited inside the convocation hall, as are weapons and escorts.
    • Vehicles with CNG kits are not allowed on the premises.
  • Convocation Decorum for Graduates:
    • Graduates must wear their Gown, Hood, and Cap with the tassel on the left side at all times.
    • Stand when the Academic Procession enters and departs the hall, as well as when degrees are conferred for your program/batch.
  • Instructions For Distinction Holders:
    • Register at the designated area and inform the Ushers of your distinction status.
    • Ushers will guide you to your seating area and form queues for stage movement.
    • Walk across the stage upon hearing your name announced to receive honors from the Chief Guest/Rector.
    • Photography will take place during the honors presentation.
