Virtual University 13th Convocation Narowal to be scheduled on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 09:45 am @ JMK Event Complex, 2 KM New Lahore Road, Dulam Narowal.
Access to the venue is exclusively granted to cardholders. To gain entry, you must bring printed copies of your invitation cards, specifically the Student Entry Card and Guest Entry Card. Entry will be permitted solely for guests whose information is explicitly stated on the card(s).

General Guidelines:
- Entry Exclusively for Invitees: On-the-spot registration is not permitted. Access to the convocation hall is granted only to registered individuals.
- No admittance for children into the convocation hall.
- Guests: Only one guest, whose details are specified on the Guest card, will be permitted. Changing guests is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, cameras, electronic gadgets, handbags, etc., are strictly forbidden and must be deposited at the collection counters outside the convocation hall. VU will not assume any responsibility.
- Identification Requirements: Original CNIC and invitation card(s) are mandatory for entrance. Additionally, two copies of your CNIC are required—one to be submitted at the Registration desk and the other for degree collection if not previously obtained.
- Attire Rental: Gown/Hat/Hood can be rented for Rs. 350/-, along with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1,500/-.
- Photography: Professional photographers are available; if you choose their services, you are responsible for the associated costs.
- Food Policy: Eatables are strictly prohibited within the convocation hall.
- Weapons Policy: Weapons/Escorts are strictly forbidden.
- Vehicle Restrictions: Cars equipped with CNG kits cannot enter the venue premises.
Convocation Etiquette for Graduates:
- Ensure that you always don the Gown, Hood, and Cap with the tassel positioned on the left side.
- Stand up on your seats as the Academic Procession enters the Convocation Hall and remain standing until the National Anthem concludes.
- Similarly, stand up when the Academic Procession exits the Convocation Hall.
- When degrees are conferred, graduates should stand up when their respective degree programs or batches are announced.
Guidelines for Distinction Holders Receiving Honors on Stage
- (Vital Information) Ensure your registration at the specified Registration Area and notify the Ushers of your Distinction Holder status.
- Ushers will escort you to your assigned seating area.
- Follow the Ushers’ instructions as they organize a queue for the procession towards the stage.
- Upon the announcement of your name, proceed to walk across the stage to receive your Awards/honors from the Chief Guest/Rector.
- Photography, both still and video, will capture the moment of receiving your honors on stage.
- Descend from the stage and accompany the Usher back to your seat.
